Team is definitely hanging in against a better team. Happy with our game, but not the results or the reffing.

 

I don’t mind not getting the points because that gets us closer to Martone (Hagens or Misa) and the Cup.

This is a case of Montreal lost the game more than the Rangers won.  It could easily of been 8-4 for Montreal.  It's a loss, but there were a lot of positives.

After the first ten minutes where Montreal looked really sluggish, that was one of their better efforts in recent weeks.  But that Dach penalty was a killer.  Meanwhile, the Rangers get three power play goals after being held without one for eight straight games.  Bad timing for them to wake up.

Solid effort by the Habs, deserved a much better fate.  Tough penalty on Dach but a careless play.  Yeah, I think they should keep Hutson. LOL  When the Habs have a better offence he will score 60 points.
