Prime Minister Koivu
The first Dallas goal was a gift that likely wouldn’t happen again. Kulak flubbed on the puck causing a turnover close to the net. Followed by Skinner flopping forward and doing snow angels. It was a gift. Dallas played the 1 - 2 - 2 formation and still couldn’t stop the Oilers

Prime Minister Koivu
Impressive stat about playoff teams with the highest PP and PK combined score. This year’s Oilers have run away with special teams play at both ends.
Prime Minister Koivu
There is an epic game going on in Dallas. Intense, relentless hockey and it’s great. 2-1 Dallas 15 minutes to go in the third

Prime Minister Koivu
Rangers Panthers game is fun, exciting hockey. Both teams are sloppy at times and it makes me wonder if either team has a chance against either west team

Prime Minister Koivu
What did folks think about Trouba’s elbow? Minor penalty or a major? The one camera angle looks like a minor penalty to me but the other camera angle makes me think it’s a major. Gallagher was suspended for a lesser chicken wing elbow
DON
borderline elbowing major i guess
GHT120
Trouba gets no "benefir of the doubt" I-M-O ... almost everything he does is "intent to injure" unless OBVIOUS BEYOND ANY DOUBT not
The Chicoutimi Cucumber
Much as I like PK Subban, I don’t understand his commentaries on controversial hits. In almost every case, he defends the hitter, yells that “that’s playoff hockey.” 🤮 But in this particular case, he is banging the gong over and over that it’s a dirty hit. Just because he "accidently" ran into Price, have seen 5 or 10 of those in this years playoffs? And if the NHL is OK not suspending Trouba, i dont care. If Trouba played for Montreal, am sure he would be viewed different on here.

Kreider running into Price is far from the only time he has run over goalies. He had 3-4 alone in the same playoffs as he hit Price. As for Trouba. I hope he gets suspended. He's a dirty player with lots of these dirty hits and a two hand slash to another player in the helmet this season. He absolutely gets no benefit of the doubt. And was not penalized 1 minute, correct? Never suspended. So he is playing within the rules and is a very good player, isnt he? Trouba is like many hard hitting d-men, they live on the edge, no suspension coming for elbow, so all good as far as NHL safety dept is concerned, so why do fans give a crap. The $5,000 fine is gonna make things all good, no?
