markierung
no surprise. It's way too early to trade Huet anyway. I think Halak will be back by the trade deadline. If Price keeps playing this way, there's no chance that we keep Huet going into the playoffs
Habsfan84
Ya i think that Huet is gone come deadline time. I'm still worried about relying on such a young tandem in Price and Halak though.
MAK
good for Halak. on stint in montreal has earned him a nice paycheck just in time for christmas !!!
Habsfan84
How much would he make for a brief stint with the Habs.
markierung
more than i'd make for busting my arse for a 12 hour shift
simonus
How much would he make for a brief stint with the Habs. about 30k + per diems
Habsfan84
Thats not to shabby at all.
sbhatt
If Halak wanted out of the organization, I would certainly understand. I'm sure he at least expected the chance to compete for the starting job after the way he played last season.
markierung
but he did have a chance. If Price wasn't ready for the job, then Gainey wouldn't have given it to him. Also, i think that Price's performance this year is much better than Halak's last year
markierung
Halak couldn't win on the road, and didn't steal any games either. I thought the team simply played better under Halak than when it was slumping under Huet
Habsfan84
We may need to rely on Halak as a bacKup after we trade Huet away at the tarade deadline.
Easy Ryder
How do we do that ?? Actually he has a major challenge by resurrecting the Dogs. They got beat 9-2 last game they played with Desjardins and Dannis in the net. Since O'byrne and Max are up they've drown, actually they are caught deep in a slump. If that doesn't work we can kis him goodbye to Europe. By the way is Valentenko hurt ? I've not seen him in boxscore lately and surely a reason why Hamilton is slumping. markierung
Hamilton is slumping because the big club just raided they're Best Defenseman and they're two best forwards. That would kill any team

blaze53
thats going to be my new signature as soon as huet is traded !! LMAO! I'm sure we'll look back at this when the trade deadline passes
Habsfan84
Its going to hapen. Huet is probably going to go. Why would we keep him if he is just going to walk out on us at the end of the season anyways. We could get something for him at least. nhfarber
http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=226755&hubname= So much for trying to contain the spread of the flu. First Huet gets sick, then Koviu and now Price. When will this team freaking learn.
Trizzak
Do they all make out as soon as one of them gets a cold or something? Well, let's see if Halak gets a start this time up.
JMMR
Do they all make out as soon as one of them gets a cold or something? Well, let's see if Halak gets a start this time up. No just Koivu with Huet and Huet with Price it is in interesting love triangle.
Athlétique.Canadien
The flu? Oh dear. At least it's happening to one individual player at a time this year and not multiple bouts. Halak gets a start I HOPE!
MAK
I'm sure price will get a prescription of Hamilton for two weeks !!
Trizzak
I'm sure price will get a prescription of Hamilton for two weeks !! Boy, you weren't kidding when you said you didn't learn anything from the press conference. As long as Price gets at least 3 starts out of 10, he's staying up. Psycing
Well, Price wasn't going to play right now anyway... At least this might keep Halak a tad happy (I guess...)
