Saskhab is currently working for an NHL team (this is year 10 for him I think).  Colin pops by a few times a year too.

Congrats to Saskhab I had no idea.

Like I said, the hockey smarts here are impressive

Wamsley had a few articles in sportsnet as well. I think they were a bit too much of a deep dive into analytics for the time-frame. 2010 ish.

There are many old posters that I genuinely miss.

@Fanpuck33 @Wamsley @Colin @saskhab @Chris

and many more that I can’t recall at the moment.

Come back folks!

I still stalk the boards, just don't say much anymore.  But it's nice to be missed!

Oh snap, so we've got at least two former members working in the league!  (The other asked for that information to not be divulged publicly.)

You are definitely missed!

All those old posters were phenomenal. Kept me in the loop during my sejour in Greece for all those years.

@kaos was another one that comes to mind.

Some great blasts from the past there.

This board has always been quality over quantity...with the overall effect being a nice combination of passionate 'regular' fans (like myself, Habs29 and others) and people whose expertise is borderline professional level, and as you note, in some cases actual professional level. I think it's that combo that keep me coming back.

I wonder why so many of the old guard have dropped out? I suppose it's normal internet dynamics, but posters like @Wamsley01 and @saskhab are much missed.

Yes to all of them.

The Jan Bulis guy was good too.

Miss them all but I’m happy that Habs World still has lots of great active posters.
