TurdBurglar
Caufield- Suzuki- Slafkovsky Newhook - Dach - Laine Anderson - Evans - Armia Pezzetta - Dvorak - Gallagher Hutson - Matheson Guhle - Carrier Xhekaj - Savard Montembeault Preliminary lineups, subject to change. The first set of projected lineups I found had Reinbacher in a non-contact jersey with Guhle on the second pair. Somebody took the practice lines reflecting gameday line a little too far.

Butterface
With the Canadiens locked in a dogfight for the playoffs, the Jets come soaring into Montreal. The Canadiens’ battle-hardened squad needs to take flight and deploy their anti-aircraft defense. Our Aircraft Carrier navigates the icy waters of the Bell Centre, with jet fighters Anderson and Xhekaj on deck, ready for aerial combat. Laine launches heat-seeking, red-light surface-to-air missiles. Caufield employs rapid-fire, boom-and-zoom tactics for shock and awe. Air superiority is essential - Montreal must shoot down a victory against these high-flying Jets. Couldn’t fit the “Armia Armada” into it…🫤

TurdBurglar
The beginning of November I doubt any of us believed Montreal would be in the mix.

DON
Will need to play a smart team game to beat the Jets, dont like their chances for a win but would be a sweet upset.
Commandant
Jets PP is insane. Stay out of the box.

Interesting Carrier is going to be good for Matheson and so is going back to the left side

Prime Minister Koivu
Strong first period. I dislike the D pairings and personally would like them switched back. Caufield looks really good
Commandant
Nice saves on that PK. Team is having a bad period though, need to play more like the first.
tomh009
Our top line on the ice for that one, too. I'm not really liking the Matheson-Carrier combo so far.

xXx..CK..xXx
Just as I was thinking “we’re still it” Winnipeg scores with ~0.5 seconds left. Prior to that, near the end of the period I liked Guhle’s physicality and Slafkovský was looking good, outside of his fall off the bench. A little shades of Jagr. The former 1st overall pick is growing on me. I can see his potential as a power forward.
