Not sure if Guhle is injured, but was struggling to get back on the bench yesterday.

Few days off till next game wont hurt.

Slafkovski got smoked, seemed a clean hit.

I simply can do without seeing the 2 floaters dressed anytime soon.

Armia/Pitlick/Dadanov are all preferrable or even a call up or two from Laval would be more interesting to see dressed.

Goodbye Pezzetta and Pitlick

I wonder if Monahan isn’t ready to go if we dress 7 Dmen again?

If Hoffman and Drouin are ready to play, I think one of Pitlick and Pezzetta will sit and they'll go back to 12/6.   I think it's going to be a bit before Monahan returns.

What's the current story with Drouin?

Upper-body injury from last month, came with a 4-6-week timeline I think.  He played through it for a few games.  We're at the 4-week mark now so he's on schedule.

Savard/Matheson out 2-3 weeks.

We really are lucky that our young have held there own at the NHL level with all our injuries to vets. Easily could have expected at least one or two to falter and lose all confidence.

Also, the Kovacevic waiver pickup really has been great.

Gally almost ready to return.

Of the injured Canadiens (Savard, Matheson, Gallagher and Monahan), I say Gallagher is the one whose eventual return means the least to me.

Sorry to say, i cant disagree.

But, maybe he could work well with Dach, i think he is just too slow now but will see.

Maybe Gallagher just wanted to go to Florida?

Too bad we can’t move him there permanently.

Great to hear Guhle just taking a day off and no horrible news about any knee-ligament or major damage...finger crossed.

Savard back practicing, paired with Xhekaj.
