TurdBurglar
First GDT, so take it easy on me please. Canadiens Projected Lineup as per the last scrimmage: Tatar - Danault - Gallagher Drouin - Suzuki - Anderson Toffoli - Kotkaniemi - Armia Byron - Evans - Lehkonen Chiarot - Weber Edmundson - Petry Kulak - Romanov Price Allen Maple Leafs Projected Lineup as per leafsnation: Thornton - Matthews - Marner Vesey - Tavares - Nylander Mikheyev - Kerfoot - Hyman Barabanov - Spezza - Simmonds Reilly - Brodie Muzzin - Holl Dermott - Bogosian Andersen Campbell Lineups and spelling may be wrong, doing this on an iPhone that makes this tedious. GO HABS GO!!
zumpano21
Time for all fellow Habs autists to jump on this power train because we’re going to the moon.
habs#4,9,10,33
We need a great start on this road trip, hoping for 6-8pts banked before our trip back home to the Bell Centre... go Habs!

tomh009
I don't know that we will be able to keep up with the speed of that Leafs fourth line! Has Lehkonen played all the scrimmage games on his off wing?
DON
Well, we may find out if pre-season games are of any use, hockey wise not just for pocket book of owners. Will the 1st few games be sloppy, like afternoon games are.
Prime Minister Koivu
They have 3.5 stars (Nylander is .5) and we have none. We have 4 lines that will score all tonight. Habs 6 leafs

If I remember correctly, he préfères RW but has shown To also be productive on LW
hockeyrealist
Love our lineup and line combos as is listed above. Pretty much what I would choose if given opportunity. Leafs are one of the few teams that are also four lines deep so this will be a big test right out of the gates. Prediction: Leafs come out flying, Price stands tall. Habs weather the storm, gradually take over flow of play and win 4-2 with an empty netter. Tatar opens scoring for habs.
GHT120
In some weird way I would prefer Leafs be up 5-1 entering the third and Habs winning 7-

sbhatt
Excited to see what sort of impact Anderson and Toffoli have, how Romanov looks, and how the PP looks tonight. I'm feeling a 4-3 Habs win to start the season.

tomh009
What will the Leafs be doing for line match-ups? We need to contain their top two lines, but our bottom two are significantly stronger than their bottom two.
The Chicoutimi Cucumber
The main thing is to take the crowd out of it early! Oh, wait...🙄
DON
Just saw #17 skating around and got a Rene Bourque flashback, hopefully Anderson has bit more to his game.

Sir_Boagalott
As they enter the valley of the 56 game short season thou shall fear no Canadian teams. Habs King of the North!! C'mon Anderson, and Romanov is NHL ready. The wait is finally over to see what they can do!!

You shall hear from my attorneys sir ... that is SLANDEROUS. I hate Toronto sports so much I switch stations if a radio/TV station is discussing their teams or even running ads for upcoming broadcasts.
