I actually think that substituting Mailloux for Petry in that deal makes it a lot more enticing for New Jersey. Suzuki or Caulfield aren't going anywhere. Quote

Anderson is the type of player Philly would covet, throw in a couple extra picks or take back a short term bad contract and there is the basis for a deal. Trading up to 15 is more realistic but I definitely think Philly's #5 pick is in play as they want to improve short term with Tortorella coming on board and trading that pick is the easiest way to accomplish that.
